1. Overview

Konrad Seos provides digital SEO services, which may include AI-powered SEO audits, competitor analysis, expert SEO consulting, reports, strategy recommendations, and related support.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

2. Delivery Method

All deliverables are sent by email to the email address provided by the customer at checkout or otherwise confirmed by the customer.

Deliverables may include:

  • AI-powered SEO audit reports
  • competitor analysis reports
  • expert SEO recommendations
  • related written insights, summaries, or strategy guidance

3. Delivery Requirements

Delivery begins only after both of the following have been received:

  • successful payment, and
  • the required onboarding information submitted through the checkout form or otherwise requested by our team

Required onboarding information may include:

  • website URL
  • target country
  • competitor information
  • any other information reasonably needed to perform the purchased service

If the required information is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed, fulfillment may be delayed until the necessary information is provided.

4. Initial Delivery Timeline

Once successful payment and the required onboarding information have been received, we typically prepare and send the relevant deliverables within 12 to 24 hours.

This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on:

  • the completeness of the submitted onboarding information
  • the complexity of the order
  • weekends, holidays, or temporary support delays
  • the number of websites, competitors, or deliverables included in the selected package

5. Monthly Delivery Schedule for Multi-Month Packages

If you purchase a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month package, your package includes deliverables provided on a monthly schedule based on the original purchase date.

For example, if a package is purchased on 11 April 2026, the next monthly deliverables will generally be due on or around the 11th day of each following month during the remaining term of the purchased package.

Each month’s deliverables are treated as that month’s fulfilled portion of the purchased package.

6. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when the relevant deliverables are sent to the customer’s provided email address.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • provide a valid and accurate email address
  • check their inbox and spam or junk folders
  • ensure that their email service can receive our messages and attachments

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect email addresses entered by the customer
  • blocked emails
  • full inboxes
  • spam filtering
  • failures of the customer’s email provider or device

7. Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed if:

  • onboarding information is missing or incomplete
  • the customer does not respond to required follow-up questions
  • technical or service interruptions occur
  • exceptional order volume or operational delays arise

If a material delay occurs, we may contact the customer using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To help us fulfill the service correctly and on time, customers must provide accurate and complete information at checkout and during onboarding.

Customers are responsible for:

  • submitting the correct website URL
  • identifying the correct target country
  • identifying the correct competitors, where applicable
  • responding promptly to any clarification requests
  • reviewing delivered materials in a timely manner

9. No Physical Shipping

Because Konrad Seos provides digital services only:

  • no shipping charges apply
  • no physical item is mailed or couriered
  • no shipping address is required for service fulfillment, except where billing records require an address for payment or legal purposes

10. Delivery and Refund Relationship

This Delivery Policy should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For refund purposes, the delivery date is the date on which the relevant deliverables are sent to the customer’s email address.

If a refund policy provides a refund window from delivery, that window is measured from the date the deliverables are sent.

  • timestamps
