For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages, deliverables are provided on a monthly schedule based on the original purchase date. For example, if a package is purchased on 11 April 2026, the next monthly deliverables will generally be due on or around the 11th day of each following month during the remaining term of the package.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to perform the services correctly, you agree to provide accurate and complete onboarding information, including where applicable:

- competitor information
- any other information reasonably required to provide the service
You are responsible for:

7. Refunds and Cancellations

- after 14 calendar days, your purchase is final and no longer eligible for a refund
